not-so-vital stats
I guess not many people would be that interested, but I'd like to give a short explanation of what it is that makes me so proud to have been allowed to adopt this physical fanlisting from the simply wonderful Heather. I'll never be able to thank her enough for trusting me with it.
I've loved this man for so many years it might be considered a bit perverted, if you think about it. :P I've been a fan of him and his movies for the longest time. I remember finding out, years after watching the movie, that Elijah was the adorable little kid playing the arcade game in 'Back To The Future,' and I couldn't stop "Aww!"ing.
Another movie that comes to the forefront of my mind is 'The Good Son.' It was that movie where I became a fan of him, even though I first saw it many years after it was made. And even with that hideous bowlcut, there's something immediately disarming about the way he looks.
And then there's 'The Lord Of The Rings.' Gosh, I don't even know what to say about that. Those films brought out something truly stunning in Elijah. He just... he radiates this intense, innocent beauty that I've never seen in anyone else in my entire life.
But hey, I don't just think he's attractive in his acting roles! My picture folder of him (not including movie roles or TV appearances) contains 1,859 photos amounting to 316MB.
I swear I only collect them to make graphics, I swear! XD
He's quite possibly one of the most photogenic people of all time, in my very humble opinion. Looking at his pictures and seeing him in films or public appearances never gets old. Every time I look at a picture with him in it, I'm enchanted all over again. He's so darn flawless. Even the scar he collected across his eyebrow semi-recently is perfect and beautiful.
Okay, I know that might sound a bit creepy, but even something that marrs his skin doesn't take anything at all away from his loveliness.
His faultlessness is mind-boggling sometimes.
But then, I've wondered for quite a while about whether or not he's actually human. ;) How could a human possibly be so exquisite? I don't think they can! I mean, I've never seen anyone else in my time on this earth with eyes as blue as Elijah's. It seems that every day his eyes become more enthralling. I know it might get old to hear it, but there's nothing more instantly captivating about Elijah than his eyes.
Something else that's always been so special about him to me is the walking contradiction that he is.
So many people look at him as a pretty boy (myself included! But I don't mean it in the insulting way that some other people do), and while in some ways he is, he has one of the most masculine jaw lines I've ever seen. He has such a strong, square jaw. And while that's certainly not something I look for when measuring the attractiveness of a person, it suits Elijah to a tee and is balanced out perfectly by his other, more delicate features!
And then there's his absolutely adorable little tummy! And his nose (how you be so straight?!)! And his mouth! A perfect Cupid's-bow mouth.
*sighs happily* I do so adore him.
So yeah. I may seem weird to some people for liking Elijah's appearance so deeply, but I know there are fans out there agreeing with every word I say, so I can live with nay-sayers. :)
